<br />That is the key purpose of a FOF, to identify a problem/issue so the company can focus their efforts on those issues to correct them. For large companies there are hundreds of “facts”, but for our purposes we are only interested in ones that identify problem areas for them. It should also not be about problems the company has already addressed, or is in the process of addressing them. Provide a full justification and recommendation for each finding of fact (minimum of 1 page each)

<br />The “justification” gives you an opportunity to expound on the issue you identified in the FOF, and the “recommendation(s)” gives you an opportunity to explain what you would do to fix the problem.
